the improvement of community quality of life through the provision of quality services to the Aboriginal population residing and transiting in Chibougamau:

  A pertinent, cultural safe haven for Natives living in Chibougamau;

  Promote a cross-cultural environment which showcases Native culture and traditions and is a bridge to understanding between the Native and non-Native populations;

  Provide a comfortable and welcoming place that meets the various needs of the Aboriginal population.
